Works hard and goes to bat for you. He's extremely knowledgeable of the market and the area. You can rest assured knowing the best realtor in Upstate New York is on your side helping you sell or buy. He successfully helped my fiance, now wife, and I buy and later sell our individual homes. Then later, he was there guiding us through the madness of purchasing our first home together. I was never doubtful because I knew he had our best interest at heart. He has integrity. As long as he's in the business, I'll never turn to another realtor.
